WIN with Micra - Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the Win with Micra promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Terms and confirms they have read and understood the Data Processing Notice at the end of these Terms. Please also see how we limit our liability in the “Liability” section below.

1. Promoter: Nissan Motor (GB) Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 02514418) with its registered office address at Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS (“Nissan”). Nissan has engaged Fusion to assist with the administration of this Promotion, but Nissan remains solely responsible for the operation of the Promotion.
   
   
2. Entry period: The Promotion is open for entry at the Company car in Action June 2026 event between 10.06.26 and 11.06.26 (“Entry Period”). Any entry received after the Entry Period will be rejected.
   
   
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and attend the Company car in Action event on 10^th and 11^th June 2026. Nissan reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Nissan considers necessary.
   
   Not eligible: Even if they meet the above criteria, entry is not open to: (i) any employee or contractor of Nissan, any Nissan group company or affiliate, any promotion administrator, any prize provider or any event operator or exhibitor; (ii) anyone else who is professionally involved or associated with the Promotion; or (iii) the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and households of any of the above individuals.
   
   
4. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must visit the Nissan stand at the Company Car in Action event during one of the days during the Entry Period and participate in the ring bean bag toss activity. Entrants must answer a short set of questions by tossing bean bags provided into holes corresponding to the correct answers. Entrants who manage to throw bean bags into holes corresponding to the correct answer will be entered into a prize draw to be held at the end of the day of participation. Only entrants who land all bean bags correctly will be entered into the prize draw.
   
   
5. Winner selection: All eligible entries received on each day of the Promotion will be entered into a random prize draw to be held at the end of that day. Each draw will be conducted by an independent adjudicator. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over to the next day's draw. 
   
   
6. Entry restrictions: A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to this Promotion on each day of the Company Car in Action event.
   
   
7. Prizes: There are two (2) prizes to be won in this Promotion, each consisting of a pair of tickets for the winner and a guest to Formula E, London on the 16th August 2026. There will be one (1) pair of tickets available to be won on each day of the Promotion.   
   
   
8. Prize conditions: The Prize is subject to the ticket/event terms and conditions. The winner should ensure they are familiar with all applicable terms and restrictions, including any entry requirements or restrictions. The winner and guest must comply with all terms and conditions and policies applicable at the event and with all applicable laws and regulations. Age requirement: Suitable for all ages. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Only the tickets are included in the Prize; the winner and their guest are solely responsible for making their own arrangements for any travel and accommodation required to attend the event and for all associated costs. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Nissan’s control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value at Nissan’s sole discretion.
   
   
9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) working days of the completion of the winner selection process. Nissan will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to look out for the win notification (including monitoring their junk mail folder for receipt of the notification).
   
   
10. Prize claims: The winner must claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of Nissan’s win notification by providing all information requested by Nissan. This information may include proof of eligibility and a postal or email address for delivery of the Prize, as well as confirmation of the winner’s county of residence for compliance with advertising regulations.
    
    
11. Prize delivery: The tickets will be fulfilled by Nissan's agent, GTA Global Limited, who will contact the winner directly by email to arrange delivery of the tickets. Tickets will be provided as downloadable e-tickets by email in good time prior to the event.  
    
    
12. Forfeiture and substitution: Nissan reserves the right to disqualify a winner and select an alternative winner if the winner fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide any requested information or documentation by the claim deadline, or if Nissan has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Terms. Any alternative winner will be selected using the original selection process and must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of the win notification.
    
    
13. Tax: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes (if any) arising from the acceptance of a Prize.
    
    
14. Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of consumer rights including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Subject to this, Nissan and its group companies and affiliates (“Nissan Parties”) will not be liable under or in connection with these Terms or the Promotion for any loss or damage that: (i) was not foreseeable (loss or damage is “foreseeable” if either it is obvious that it will happen or, at the time of entry, both parties knew it might happen); (ii) was caused by a third party who was not acting under the control of or on behalf of the Nissan Parties; (iii) was caused by an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Nissan Parties; or (iv) the entrant could have avoided by taking reasonable action.
    
    
15. Liability of social media platforms and other third parties: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform, any prize provider, any event organiser or any other third party. All third-party trade marks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Entry to prize promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those social media platforms. By participating in this Promotion, entrants are providing information to Nissan and Nissan is solely responsible for the organisation and administration of this Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant social media platforms and other third parties shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities, and each entrant releases the owners and operators of the relevant social media platforms and any other relevant third parties from any and all liability in relation to their participation in the Promotion.
    
    
16. Cancellation and variation: Nissan reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it considers it necessary to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Nissan’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, Prizes may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
    
    
17. Disqualification: Without limiting Nissan’s options, Nissan reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Nissan regards as being in breach of these Terms, any applicable laws, any terms referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion.
    
    
18. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Nissan reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
    
    
19. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Nissan shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their name and/or social media handle on Nissan’s websites and social media. Entrants may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.
    
    
20. Disclosure of winner details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a major prize, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Nissan by email at sales@nissancorporate.co.uk. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Nissan may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where Nissan is required to demonstrate that it has awarded a Prize. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to sales@nissancorporate.co.uk within one (1) month following the end of the Entry Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all Prizes have been awarded.
    
    
21. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Data Processing Notice at the end of these Terms.
    
    
22. Accessing these Terms: Any website on which these Terms are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Nissan makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
    
    
23. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. Nissan’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    
    
24. Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Terms, Nissan’s decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any document referred to in these Terms, these Terms take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
    
    
25. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring and defend claims in their home courts.
