What is MyNISSAN?

MyNISSAN is the new name for all things Nissan ownership. We’ve simplified things by creating a single login for both your connectivity app (now the MyNISSAN app) and your MyNISSAN account online. MyNISSAN replaces the You+Nissan and NissanConnect Services app names, making it easier than ever to stay connected with your Nissan.

Do I need separate logins for the MyNISSAN app and MyNISSAN portal?

No, you use the exact same username and password for both MyNISSAN experiences.

I already have a NissanConnect Services account. Do I need a new one for the MyNISSAN app?

No, you can sign in to MyNISSAN using your existing email address and password. Please note that during your first login, you may be prompted to refresh your password.

Can I use remote control services via the MyNISSAN Owners Portal on my desktop?

No, connected car services such as remote control services are only available through the MyNISSAN app.

Can I schedule a service appointment from the MyNISSAN app?

Depending on where you live, you can schedule your service appointment from the MyNISSAN app. For the full range of service actions, including choosing your preferred dealer, visit your MyNISSAN account online.

Where can I find updates about upcoming improvements and services in MyNISSAN?

We regularly improve your MyNISSAN experience with new features and updates. For the biggest changes, we’ll let you know in advance through the MyNISSAN app and online space, as well as other official Nissan channels.

To use MyNISSAN you need a MyNISSAN user account and have to register and log into MyNISSAN app with your username and password. To use the free MyNISSAN app, you need a smartphone with a compatible iOS or Android operating system and a SIM card with data option with an existing or separate mobile phone contract between you and your mobile service provider.
