MICRA SURVEY £100 AMAZON VOUCHER PRIZE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the MICRA SURVEY £100 AMAZON VOUCHER PRIZE GIVEAWAY promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Terms and confirms they have read and understood the Data Processing Notice at the end of these Terms. Please also see how we limit our liability in the “Liability” section below.

1. Promoter: Nissan Motor (GB) Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 02514418) with its registered office address at Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS (“Nissan”). Nissan has engaged ADM-INDICIA MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED (company number 03743483) to assist with the administration of this Promotion, including prize fulfilment, but Nissan remains solely responsible for the operation of the Promotion.

2. Entry period: The Promotion is open for entry between 16:00 on 13th July 2026 and 23:59 on 27th July 2026 (“Entry Period”). Any entry received after the Entry Period will be rejected.

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Nissan reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Nissan considers necessary.

Not eligible: Even if they meet the above criteria, entry is not open to: (i) any employee or contractor of Nissan, any Nissan group company or affiliate, any promotion administrator, any prize provider or any event operator or exhibitor; (ii) anyone else who is professionally involved or associated with the Promotion; or (iii) the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and households of any of the above individuals. 

4. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must complete and submit the survey within the email with the subject line “Win a £100 Amazon voucher, [Name]“. Once completed and submitted the entrant will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

5. Winner selection: All eligible entries will be entered into a random prize draw to be held on 28th July 2026. Winner selection will be conducted using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

6. Entry restrictions: A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to this Promotion. The competition submission is personal to the entrant emailed by the Promoter and in all circumstances must not be forwarded to any other third party. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that any person has entered multiple times using multiple identities, email addresses or accounts, or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Nissan takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical or other reasons outside Nissan’s reasonable control.

7. Prize: There is one prize to be won in this Promotion, consisting of a £100 Amazon Voucher (“Prize”).

8. Prize conditions: [The Prize is subject to the gift card terms and conditions available at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GNG9PXYZUMQT72QK. The winner should ensure they are familiar with all applicable terms and restrictions, including any expiry dates. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Nissan’s control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value at Nissan’s sole discretion.

9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email within [seven (7)] days of the completion of the winner selection process. Nissan will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to look out for the win notification (including monitoring their junk mail folder for receipt of the notification).

10. Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winner as a digital code to the email address provided by the winner when entering the Promotion. The Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of a valid Prize claim.

11. Forfeiture and substitution: Nissan reserves the right to disqualify a winner and select an alternative winner if Nissan has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Terms. Any alternative winner will be selected using the original selection process.

12. Tax: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes (if any) arising from the acceptance of a Prize.

13. Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of consumer rights including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Subject to this, Nissan and its group companies and affiliates (“Nissan Parties”) will not be liable under or in connection with these Terms or the Promotion for any loss or damage that: (i) was not foreseeable (loss or damage is “foreseeable” if either it is obvious that it will happen or, at the time of entry, both parties knew it might happen); (ii) was caused by a third party who was not acting under the control of or on behalf of the Nissan Parties; (iii) was caused by an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Nissan Parties; or (iv) the entrant could have avoided by taking reasonable action.

14. Cancellation and variation: Nissan reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it considers it necessary to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Nissan’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, Prizes may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

15. Disqualification: Without limiting Nissan’s options, Nissan reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Nissan regards as being in breach of these Terms, any applicable laws, any terms referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion.

16. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Nissan reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.

17. Disclosure of winner details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a major prize, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Nissan by email at gb@nissan-services.eu]. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Nissan may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where Nissan is required to demonstrate that it has awarded a Prize. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to gb@nissan-services.eu within one (1) month following the end of the Entry Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all Prizes have been awarded.

18. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Data Processing Notice at the end of these Terms.

19. Accessing these Terms: Any website on which these Terms are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Nissan makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.

20. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. Nissan’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

21. Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Terms, Nissan’s decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any document referred to in these Terms, these Terms take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

22. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring and defend claims in their home courts.

DATA PROCESSING NOTICE

All personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, as supplemented by this Data Processing Notice. In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the following information about how we process your personal data:

1. Nissan Motor (GB) Limited is the data controller in respect of any personal data collected and processed in connection with the Promotion.

2. The personal data collected will include your social media handle and, if you are a winner, your full name, telephone number, email address and postal address.

3. We will process personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including for the purposes of verifying eligibility, notifying winners, prize fulfilment and complying with self-regulatory codes governing the operation of prize promotions.

4. It is in our legitimate interest to use personal data as set out in these Terms, this Data Processing Notice and our Privacy Notice to ensure that the Promotion is administered properly and in accordance with these Terms.

5. We may rely on one or more other lawful bases where we process your personal data for other purposes, such as where you opt in to receive marketing or for customer relationship purposes. Please see our Privacy Notice for more information about the different purposes for which we might process your personal data and the lawful bases we rely on, as well as information about with whom and where we may share your personal data.

6. ADM-INDICIA MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED (“Agency”) is a processor, acting under our instruction. We will share personal data with our Agency for the purposes of administering the Promotion.]

7. We will retain personal data as long as is necessary for us to administer the Promotion and in accordance with the retention policy set out in our Privacy Notice.

8. You have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including to obtain copies of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit the way in which it is used, to object to its use, to transfer it, not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing (including profiling), and to complain to the regulator, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
