It's easy to get started with NissanConnect Services. Here's how.
DOWNLOAD THE APP
Install the free NissanConnect Services App on your phone from the Google Play Store or App Store.
SIGN-IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Create a NissanConnect Services account in the app, or sign in if you already have one.
ENTER YOUR Vehicle IDENTIFICATION number (VIN)
You'll find your 17-digit VIN on your Vehicle Registration Certificate. You can also find it from the outside of your car, on the corner of the dashboard that meets the windscreen on the driver's side of your vehicle.
GET THE PAIRING CODE
Now, it’s time to pair your Nissan with the NissanConnect Services App. Please ensure your vehicle is in an area with good connectivity.
Turn on your infotainment system and from the homepage, select: Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code.
If the ‘Account Information’ folder is not visible, you will need to 'Update Channel List'. To do this, select: Settings > NissanConnect Services > Information Channel > Edit Channel List > Update Channel List > Yes.
The ‘Account Information’ folder should now be visible.
ENTER PAIRING CODE INTO THE APP
Return to the app and enter the pairing code.
When you've entered the code, move to the last step.
VALIDATE & WAIT FOR ACTIVATION
Validating & waiting for activation. As soon as you've done this, you're good to go. Happy connected driving!
If services do not appear on your NissanConnect Services App homepage, make sure to :
a) turn on your car and wait two minutes for the system to load
b) update the infotainment software by browsing through: Info > System Information > Software Update > Start Software Update
c) Refresh the system by closing the NissanConnect Services App from your Task Manager and re-opening it

Where can I find my vehicle’s Pairing Code?
Turn on your infotainment system, tap:
Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code.

Where can I find my VIN?
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a 17-character number unique to your car.
Here's where you can find it:
In your registration papers
In the warranty booklet (warranty certificate)
Where the dashboard meets corner of the windscreen on the driver's side
Why isn’t my vehicle VIN being accepted?
Make sure you've entered all 17 characters, that letters you have entered are capitalised and that you haven't mixed up ‘0’ (number) with ‘O’ (letter) or vice versa.
MY SERVICES ARE NOT APPEARING. WHAT CAN I DO?
If services still do not appear, please follow these steps:
a) Turn off your car
b) Remove your car from the NissanConnect Services app by accessing Profile > Vehicle Data > Remove this vehicle from the App
c) Allow 30 minutes for the system to reset
d) Start the activation process again starting from ‘Step #3 - Enter Your VIN’
e) Re-check for software updates (by pressing Info > System Information > Software Update > Start Software Update)
f) Refresh the system by closing the NissanConnect Services App from your Task Manager and re-opening it
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You should receive the email within a few minutes.
